Do you have an order minimum? Our order minimum is $200.

What areas do you service? We service all areas within a 35km radius from our head office in Pendle Hill

When do you delivery or when can I pick up? We offer delivery and pick up Monday - Sunday

Are your platters made to order? Yes, our products are made onsite and made to order

Changes, Cancellations & Refund Policy Any changes to orders must be made 3 days prior to the order date. Cancellations by 2pm, 5 business days before, will incur no fee. Cancellations by 2pm, 2 business days beforehand will incur a 50% fee of the total invoice. Cancellations on the same day will incur full charge and no refund. We have these restrictions in place as we are charged by our suppliers right after we place an order. Our produce and ingredients are always used fresh and we cannot resell it.

I need an order, how much notice do you require? We require 48 hours notice for all orders placed for either delivery or pick up.

Do you have an order minimum for delivery / pick up? Our order minimum is $200

Do you have a delivery fee? All orders placed fro delivery will have a $35 Sydney Wide delivery fee.

Where do you deliver to? We deliver within a 35km radius from our head office in Pendle Hill

I am looking to a large order, can someone help me with products and pricing? Of course! If you can please email us at info@caterfull.com.au and let us know what products you are looking to order and we can reccomend some other products and organise a quote for you!

Can I get a quote before I order? Of couse, if you can please send us your order to info@caterfull.com.au and we can email you a quote.

I am looking for customised products for my event, what do you offer? We can colourmatch our donut ring and cupcake icing to your event / branding. If this is something that you are looking for please email us at info@caterfull.com.au

I need to cancel my order! What can I do? We require 48 hours notice for all order cancellations. To contact us about cancelling your order, please email us at info@caterfull.com.au

Do you have cancelltion fees? All orders cancelled after the 48 hour notice period that is required will hold a cancellation fee of 50% of your order total.

Are your prices inclusive of GST? Yes, all our prices include GST

When can I pay for my order? Payment for your order is made on checkout.

Do you require a deposit for my order? No deposits are required, all orders are paid in full on checkout.

Can I pay for my order over a set amount of weeks? Unfortunatley we do not offer schedulded payments, all payments must be made in full on checkout.

I want to pay in cash / over the phone? Unfortunatly we do not accept cash payments, all payments must be completed online. For over the phone payments, please call us on 0417 777 113.

I need an invoice for my order. We can email you an invoice of your order. Please email us at your order information to info@caterfull.com.au

There is an error on my invoice. Please email us at info@caterfull.com.au with the error and our team will look into this for you!

There was an issue with my order, can I get a refund? Please contact us at info@caterfull.com.au and let us know what issues have occured with your order and our team will look into this further and get back to you.
